Items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Hygiene Policy
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie products, worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
Refunds
